Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Have you ever wished you could drink a pumpkin pie? Or are you looking for an absolutely delicious smoothie with no added sugars? This is the smoothie for you!

Enjoy this recipe, which can make breakfast for two or dessert for four.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup applesauce (unsweetened)
  • 1 cup soy milk OR milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut OR canned coconut milk OR greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender
  2. Blend
  3. Pour your smoothie into glasses to serve them
  4. Enjoy!
