Having a little ritual you do before going to bed can help you get a good night’s sleep. This poem is a wonderful way to honor all that you’ve learned and shared over the course of the day and to get yourself ready for good dreams.
Shining wide and shining far
Time has come for us to part
May day's warmth shine within my heart.
May all I've learned and all I've done
Be gifts like those of the golden sun.
